Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://flourishingfamilyfarmut.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Flourishing Family Farm markets and arranges Dog Breeding Program, Dog Grooming, Dog Stud Service, Dogs For Sale, Puppies For Sale, Puppy Adoption. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Flourishing Family Farm and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. Flourishing Family Farm reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Flourishing Family Farm makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Flourishing Family Farm arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Flourishing Family Farm harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under UT law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in UT for any related dispute.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
